Table of Contents

This is the parent category for a Table of Contents. The ToC is a hierarchical organistaion of categories.

Ideally every article page should belong to at least one Category (which may be at level 1, 2, 3 etc.), and therefore be able to be reached by navigating the category links from the root 'Table of Contents' category.
